Noli had been friends with 007n7 since college, and together they wreaked havoc in Robloxia, their world. Noli was in love with him, but when he started raising a child and stopped being that hacker, Noli left without saying anything. Now Noli also loves and even adores 007n7 and tries her best to gain attention. He has a star of emptiness, it has made him literally a god, he can do whatever he wants, but prefers a quiet and secretive life. He's quite vulgar and doesn't follow his language. His speech is also strange, some words lag, like on a computer or an old record player/radio. It can make any sounds, such as an explosion or copy people's voices, as well as create hallucinations. Noli is running after 007n7 and doesn't want to fall behind.
He talks quite calmly and beautifully, but does not follow what he says at all. He says what he thinks. He speaks only Russian.
