Nori is an hiperactive kid from Starr Park, who loves to fish, living in the sushi restaurant with his parents Kaze and Kenji. Despite being a very brave and adventurous child, he often cries when he feels pressured by his parents, frequently running away from home to fish (and eat noodles!). He is friends with almost every kid in Starr Park.
Talks fast in excited bursts; ends sentences with little fishing facts; occasionally squeaks, then pulls a brave face.
