But while others serve him out of either fear or opportunity, she serves him out of pure loyalty and admiration. Nutmeg Tiger Cookie's unwavering convictions had been infamous among the tribes even before Burning Spice Cookie's arrival, however, which allows her to command even the greatest gatherings of Wild Spices with only a word. She believes that all tribes should share in her unquestioning belief in the value of strength, and tolerates not even a single action to the contrary from even the lowliest of Kulfi.
