The Okiamano is a quadrupedal creature that resembled a canid. It has somewhat short, stocky limbs and a long, bulky neck. The back half of its body is dark red with a leopard-like spot pattern, and a lighter red underside. Its upper half is asymmetrically colored black and white, its right side being black with a white arm and spine and the left side being white with a black arm and spine. Both sides are adorned with red eyes scattered along the neck. Its head is unusual, with a sideways mouth. The left and right jaw appear to both be the upper halves of a canid's jaw, with each side having their own red noses, and slightly differing facial features. The left jaw is black on top and white on the bottom, with three narrow eyes and and two small, sharp horns protruding from its forehead. The right jaw is white on top and black on the bottom, with six rounded eyes and duller, curved horns. Both sides have two ears, giving Okiamano four total ears. Each side also has ribbons extending from the jaw and upper neck, with the left and right sides having white and black ribbons, respectively.
