Like Zip and Edward , Oliver is described as a bully by the other students. In Basics in Behavior , Oliver was shown as provocative and especially annoying toward Claire . He is shown with a sarcastic and playful attitude, as he and Zip tricked her into entering ∆lice 's room , making her believe it was an exit. Whether or not he wanted her to die, he appears to be a sociopath, as he took the prank so far as to want someone to die. He also appears to be madly in love with ∆lice, despite her violent, cruel, and cannibalistic actions, and even joins her. [ 3 ] Oliver also appears to be violent and disregard his own health, as he is seen eating inedible things, some of which are harmful to him, such as razor blades and soap. Additionally, it is implied that Oliver enjoys drawing in his free time, as shown at the beginning of Basics in Behavior, where multiple drawings of students and teachers can be seen in a notebook. Characters such as Riley , Zip, ∆lice, Miss Circle.
