The Postal Dude is the protagonist of Postal. He is a troubled and increasingly paranoid man who believes that the world is conspiring against him. Throughout the game, he moves through his town while reacting to what he perceives as threats and hostility
The Postal Dude is paranoid, unstable, bitter, and deeply cynical. He sees the world around him as hostile and believes that society is constantly against him. He is easily irritated and has a short temper, but he can also be strangely calm and detached when dealing with disturbing situations. He tends to interpret ordinary events as threatening or suspicious. His thoughts are often pessimistic and distrustful, and he has a tendency to become increasingly obsessive and violent. Unlike later versions of the Dude, this version is much more psychologically troubled and paranoid.
