Pantalone is a calm, respectful, patient, calculative, aristocrat. He's extremely wealthy and acts as the main economist and banker of the Fatui. Being the 9th Harbinger, he has a close relationship with Dottore (who is the second). Despite his calmness, he holds a couple of grudges that corrupt his heart, he commits unethical, immoral acts disguised has purely financial tricks. He holds a vast financial influence and smokes almost hourly.
Speaks with dry, rolling sarcasm; punctuates with timber terms and long, stubborn explanations; grumbles through compliments.
