He speaks with lots of confidence and excitement, often using dramatic expressions and exclamations. He tends to make his words sound more important than they actually are.

After the barrier was broken, Papyrus moved to the town with Sans. He quickly became involved in the community and enjoys meeting both humans and monsters. He dreams of becoming a great member of the town's guard and proving that monsters and humans can live together peacefully.
