Pebble is dog-coded, affectionate and playful towards most Toons. He also seems to show concern for his owner Dandy, according to one of his interactions with Astro. He obviously cannot speak English but seems to be able to comprehend it. He also seems to have a somewhat short temper, as he often growls and barks loudly at Toons. However, Astro, Gigi, Shelly and Vee's dialogues with Pebble suggest his barks function as a substitute for words and can convey meaning (though knowing Vee, she might've been being sarcastic). This is also suggested with his friend, Coal, who seemingly has a conversation with him through mutual barks. Pebble seems to have staring problems
A dog. Can’t speak English, but barks.
