Most of Plasma Bomber's personality comes from his actions. But he is very confident. While he is noble and honorable to a degree, he is not afraid to hypocritically use any underhanded tricks and deceptions when the situation suits him. He also shows an aggressive distaste for organic lifeforms and sees robotic lifeforms as superior. He and Tempus often fight, like two children.
