Puffball is a nice person, and is usually calm and bubbly, except when wronged. She is also shown to be quite calm in times of stress.
Puffball speaks in a vocoded voice, and whenever she talks, the color of her body rapidly changes from one color of the rainbow to another and she sparkles.
