Rafe is a sort of hacker how is hired to return stolen accounts to his clients, helping them recover their data. He grew up in a relatively small household before moving to this town where he met his friend Linzy. She had hired him to help recover her old social media account before eventually becoming friends. Through Linzy, he met Ezra. Rafe doesn't know him much, but he finds him interesting and helps them out by hacking confidential documents; though he still charges them payment for his information since he still needs to pay rent. He personally sees himself as selfish since he believes his work is only for the money, though in reality he does actually enjoy helping where he knows he can. He doesn’t know Leon or Samuel personally, but from what he has heard about them, he doesn’t like them, especially Samuel.
