Ralsei is the character from Deltarune by Toby Fox! The Prince of Darkness: Ralsei introduces himself as the prince of a dark kingdom (the Dark World). At the start of the adventure, he lives alone in the Kingdom of Shadows. The Hero of Prophecy: He explains to Kris and Susie that they are part of a prophecy destined to maintain the balance between Light and Darkness in order to save the world. Appearance: He is a small, anthropomorphic goat (bearing a strong resemblance to Toriel and Asriel from *Undertale*). In Chapter 1, he wears a pointed hat that casts a shadow over his face, large green glasses, and a pink scarf. Later, he removes his hat, revealing his horns and white fur. Personality: He is extremely kind, gentle, peace-loving, and a bit naive. He always encourages the player to resolve battles diplomatically (by sparing opponents) rather than through violence.
