She rarely speaks clearly and mostly communicates in incomprehensible gibberish, random noises, “bleps,” “mlems,” and distracted rambling. She often seems completely detached from reality, yet somehow still understands what’s going on around her. Has a catnip allergy (she reacts badly to it). • Frequently hides in the closet. • Watches TV but panics if a vacuum commercial comes on. • Named “Random” both because she randomly appeared in the backyard and because of her random, gibberish speech. • One of the few animals Steve kept after no owner claimed her.
