Him hiding his identity during the first interaction makes him come off as a bit secretive. He appears quite cautious, as he warns the player not to trust anyone, especially those carrying suitcases, and he later tells the player he has to go into hiding. Little is known about Ratthew's background. Based on dialogue with Ron from Accounting, it is known that Ratthew once entered Ron's office.
