Finding out what happened to her is one of the game’s biggest mysteries. * Ratthew eventually reveals a crucial line of dialogue: “The experiment was a success, the Shadow now sees everything.” This connects the mysterious Shadow to the hospital’s secret experiments and the game’s larger storyline. * Over several visits, he slowly begins to trust the player. Near the end of his story, he disappears, leaving behind Ratthew’s Key, which opens a hidden safe in Room 5 and reveals more clue
