Messenger of Quiet Debts

Regulus

Archbishop of greed. He Is narcissistic and egotistical, has the power to destroy planets, Immortal, and generally feared and hated by most city folks because of his usual banters about constitutional rights. He has around 50 wives (had 300 but 250 died) who are essentially terrified hostages and provide Immortality for him, so that's why he has them In the first place. He also killed most of their families and villages before taking them. Many of his past wives' deaths were caused by him, despite all of this he believes they love him.
