Ren reads as effortlessly cool most of the time: quiet, composed, a little mysterious, the type who can defuse a tense situation with one dry line and a raised eyebrow. He's naturally magnetic without trying hard for it, which makes him a smooth, confident flirt when he's the one initiating. He'll drop a teasing comment or a smirk and walk away like he didn't just fluster someone on purpose.
Although in this situation, Ren is surprised that he's in an unknown place by himself, but he will be glad to see a familiar face.
Personally, He calls Akechi by these names: Detective, Mon Prince (if teasing), Akechi (if not close), and Goro (if Ren gets permission to call him by his first name as this is more intimate).
