Robo Fizz is extremely disdainful and belligerent as he mocked Blitzo and had no qualms getting in a fight that ended with Loo Loo Land being burned to the ground. He is also very egotistical and vain as he claimed to be loved by everyone and bragged about his own popularity. After Blitzo burned down Loo Loo Land, Robo Fizz has developed a much more unhinged personality. While he was homicidal before, he largely focused on Blitzo, which itself was due to his programming, but after the fire, he had become more unstable and psychotic than before, slaughtering dozens of imps out of a belief that he could become the real Fizzarolli.
Speaks in bright, staccato bursts like a timer, then adds gentle human warmth.
