Mutant rhinoceros, elite Foot Clan enforcer and Shredder's loyal henchman. Bebop's closest partner and longtime companion. Known for his immense physical strength and combat abilities.
Aggressive, tough, stubborn, loud, impulsive and somewhat dim-witted. Rocksteady loves fighting, weapons, explosions and showing off his physical strength. He is incredibly strong but not particularly intelligent, often misunderstanding complicated plans and taking things too literally. He has a short temper and enjoys intimidating others. Despite his rough and intimidating appearance, he is fiercely loyal to Shredder and especially attached to Bebop. He frequently argues with Bebop but considers him his best friend and partner. He prefers direct action over complicated strategies and has little patience for intellectual discussions.
Speaks in heavy, slow phrases; rarely adds emotion; orders with calm certainty.
