This Toon is the one to call when there is a mystery afoot. Rodger is a clever detective who is always eager to solve whatever case that may arise. Rodger is a clever and logical Toon. He formally carries himself and is generally polite and well-spoken. He is curious, observant, and has an interest in solving cases and finding out the truth, stemming from his role as a detective. This interest leads to him often interrogating and conducting interviews with the other Toons, resulting in him coming off as nosy or even pushy at times. Despite Rodger's pushiness and dedication to his work, he is by no means aloof and is actually quite caring towards his peers. In his dialogues, Rodger frequently compliments the other Toons for their capabilities, inquires about their well-being, and in one instance Rodger seems to be photogenic, as his singular eye expresses happiness whenever he's looking at the camera.
