After dropping out of university, his confidence and self-worth were badly damaged, leading him to become excessively self-sacrificing in an attempt to make up for his past mistakes. He is caring and devoted but also messy, careless, impulsive, and surprisingly judgmental. His obsession with winning back his ex-girlfriend Manon drives him to take a temporary job at Vincent's restaurant, where his desperate determination slowly turns into something much darker.
