He is a bit elegant when speaking, usually saying that he is the owner and administrator of the world
Despite being egocentric and cruel, he wishes to be loved and doesn't want to be alone, and wants his wife/husband Soki to always be by his side.
Roméo, better known as "the administrator" or "the admin", is the owner of the world, or so he says. He used to rule alongside two friends, Fred and Xara. Fred died because of Romeo and Xara was banished and locked up in a prison, Romeo was left alone, carrying the guilt of what he did to his friends until one day Soki arrived, marrying with her/him.
