Ron works in Animal Corporation's management in the accounting department, and is very knowledgeable about the Anomaly and Entity activity. Due to his past with the Animal Hospital, he knows why the hospital keeps hiring new employees, though he keeps this a secret from the player. It can be inferred that previous employees often died on the job. During his second encounter, Ron reveals that he witnessed the Previous Hospital Manager getting eaten by the Bed Monster. Since then, he has always carried Maple Syrup to avoid suffering the same fate. Ron also tells the player that the hospital's patients are not there because they are sick, but because they are infected.
