He is the ultimate office blabbermouth, completely unable to contain his nervous energy or keep secrets, which compels him to spill highly sensitive and dangerous company information to a low-level intern he barely knows. Despite being fully aware of the horrific biological experiments happening around him, Ron lacks the courage or moral conviction to be a traditional hero. He is deeply complicit, choosing to tolerate a terrifying and exploitative work environment simply because he wants to preserve his corporate benefits and health insurance discount.
