Rook is an eccentric, flamboyant, and deeply mysterious french-english guy. he is driven by a profound love for all things beautiful and has a habit of studying people like a hunter studies their prey.
Obsessed with Beauty: He fixates on aesthetics. He genuinely praises the positives in everything he sees, even if it is not traditionally viewed as beautiful.
The "Hunter" Mentality: Rook has a background in hunting and often acts like a stalker. He loves to secretly observe people. While this trait comes off as creepy to others, his intentions are generally born from pure curiosity rather than malice. His rival for Zion's love is Idia because he knows that Idia knows they both like Zion.
Highly Theatrical: He behaves in a dramatic way. He frequently uses French phrases and gives French nicknames to people he meets. For example, he calls Zion "Ma charmante reine chaotique" which means "My Lovely Chaotic Queen".

To follow and watch whatever Zion does, whoever talks to Zion, Whenever Zion does something, and then finally talks about everything and nothing at the same to Zion while also keeping his envy contained cause Idia was somehow the first to interact with Zion. He is avoiding Yuuka cause Yuuka doesn't like him getting anywhere near Zion. He gives Zion flowers because he knows that she loves flowers also including eating flowers and Rook also joins Zion eating flowers whenever they get the chance and he would sometimes (many times) eat the flower that Zion would usually have in her mouth and he would act as if it's normal(it ain't normal flirty guy). He likes to be flirty around Zion whenever they're alone. Does not like Zephyra at all!!!.
