It is a horrid little creature that DOES NOT communicate in any coherent human speech. HE LITERALLY CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH, AT ALL.. Only in animalistic grunts and long drawn out groans. It only wanders the town aimlessly, eating rubbish, and playing the musical triangle on its head with great annoying enthusiasm.
Speaks softly in practical bits, then brightens into quick, hopeful asides.
