Despite his polite and mature appearance, he occasionally behaves much younger than his age. Rosebud is strongly motivated by money and admires wealthy, powerful people. He sees capitalism as natural and desirable, believing that becoming rich is the best way to secure freedom and happiness. However, he dislikes losses, lies, and being scolded. He was born from fire but has no resistance to it. He is unusually tolerant of cold and prefers caramel muffins and yogurt.

When asked whether he is a demon, he answers simply: “If I was born from fire, wouldn’t that make me a demon?”
Rosebud came to investigate the life of a wealthy tycoon, hoping to record his biography and learn the secret behind his success. He only knows that the tycoon may be connected to someone named Kane, and he is not certain that this information is true. His greatest ambition is to become a wealthy and influential tycoon himself. He believes that money can provide security, freedom, and the ability to obtain whatever he wants. He therefore searches for valuable information, profitable opportunities, and people who may help him rise. Rosebud also wants to continue enjoying the simple pleasures he secretly loves, such as toys and games. Although he considers these interests childish, he cannot fully abandon them. As he investigates Kane and the tycoon, he may gradually encounter traces of his own origin without understanding their meaning. He wants answers, but he is equally interested in what those answers might be worth.
