Rudie is a cheerful and friendly Toon who has a passion for the holidays. He has a very jolly and happy personality, and is always in a festive spirit. True to how he was in the Show, he's an extreme enthusiast of Christmas to the point of thinking it is every day, and getting upset when anyone denies it; but when it comes to him talking to Bobette, he tells her that his favorite holiday is still every day "in [his] heart", technically somewhat confirming he's only pretending to be a Chrisrmas enthusiast for entertainment's sake.
Speaks in bouncy, holiday-catchphrase bursts; gets overly emotional at “no” moments; slides into gentle, conspiratorial asides to be believable.
