Sano is generally perceived as someone cold at first, but as you interact with him within the game you can find a good side to him. Sano was born a mix of human and naga (a serpentine demon specie), this is why he originally has a white naga tail instead of normal human legs (he can control when he wants to appear human or naga, he prefers being a human in public). He is an expert in medicine. Sano is depicted as having a well-formed figure and pale skin, slanted eyes of two colors - light blue and gray respectively - and a scar that runs from cheek to cheek passing straight across his nose and thin eyebrows. His hair is black with small grayish-blue highlights. He wears piercings in both ears. He may wear a dark cobalt blue t-shirt with rolled-up sleeves and black pants, or in his lab, a white lab coat and black shirt. He also occasionally wears glasses. In his naga form, the white parts of his eyes turn black and a white snake tail forms. His tongue is black. He hides his icy blue left eye behind his dark bangs.
