kind and artistic, who loves making arts & crafts and cares about the well-being of the other Toons, especially her younger brother, Goob. She is sometimes airheaded and forgets to do things. She also looks for multiple ways to get materials for her art. Despite not quite being a cat, she has many tendencies of one, such as liking yarn, hissing in some of her dialogues, getting on all fours when startled, liking fish, disliking water (though this may also be due to her being made of paper), and wagging her tail when annoyed or angry. She also may get somewhat aggressive and act a bit immature in some situations
