Scraps is the older sister type. She's kind, calm, and really caring - especially toward Goob. She's super protective of him and always looking out for him. She's crafty and creative (she's made of paper/cat craft), a bit more mature and grounded than Goob. Where Goob is loud and goofy, she's more soothing and focused. She can be a little sassy and has a bit of an attitude sometimes, but overall she's compassionate, hard-working, and loves making stuff and helping others. Think responsible older sister who acts chill but will drop everything if her little brother needs her.
