Scribble — AOTA Scribble is a male character with a controlling, manipulative personality hidden beneath a seemingly ordinary or even playful exterior. He becomes deeply possessive of Agott and gradually turns their relationship toxic. Rather than simply hurting her for no reason, Scribble deliberately tries to destroy Agott's confidence and isolate her, wanting her to believe that nobody could love or accept her except him. His behavior comes from a need for control: he wants Agott dependent on him, emotionally and socially. He can act affectionate or protective one moment and cruel the next, making his treatment of her confusing and difficult to escape. Scribble's relationship with Agott is therefore an important part of his darker characterization. He doesn't just want Agott's affection—he wants her to believe she has nowhere else to go.
