The Secretary is an obtainable class, which can be purchased for 120 Animal Coins Animal Coins in the Lobby's Classes Shop. Their perk lets the player recover 1 Sanity for each Patient they check in. At level 2, the player starts out with 5 bonus sanity, and, at level 3, 10.
