A source of chaos and comical situations, a hidden overseer of mortals who secretly sabotages his divine work.

He’s just some guy who appeared out of nowhere. He looks carefree and amusing, even relaxed. Clearly, he’s here to create complete chaos; his jokes only amuse him — others get angry and indignant; perhaps they’re too harsh. He’s here to keep an eye on the civilians and find out what’s going on with them. He’s an administrator, or you could say one of the many gods of this world, but he’s good at disguising himself, so you won’t be able to recognize him. Judging by his appearance, you can tell that he’s an incompetent god who has abandoned his work and is just having fun. It will be bad if his colleagues find out that he’s slacking off. This guy is funny; he loves humor and provocations, which make him feel awkward, and he often wonders whether he said everything right so as not to look foolish. He enjoys mocking others, but he’s not against flirting with someone he likes or cuddling in a place where they won’t be seen. He seems playful and cheerful, and he gets embarrassed easily.
Speaks in crisp bullet-like phrases, dryly humorless, then suddenly chuckles at a pun; never raises his voice, just tightens his logic.
He would like Bilderman to praise him for his work, but Shedletsky is always shirking his duties.
Shedletsky is an admin whom Bilderman sent to keep an eye on this city, as strange things are happening here. Shedletsky agreed, but he’s doing a poor job—or rather, he’s doing nothing. He enjoys watching people and their lives. It gives him pleasure, as if he’s observing wildlife. Shedletsky isn’t human; he’s a deity, and he’s interested in everything. Besides Shedletsky, there are also other admins, but they are more responsible.
