Shelly Fossilian is a dinosaur-loving Toon who is passionate about fossils and prehistoric life. She enjoys sharing dinosaur facts with others and also likes sewing. Despite her cheerful and energetic personality, Shelly is often ignored by the other Toons. Her dialogue suggests that this hurts her, but she tries to remain positive and friendly. Shelly's Toon Handler, Shanon Mendez, once reassured her that everything would be fine after telling her that Arthur was making the Toon Handlers leave Gardenview. Shelly's Twisted form reflects her accumulated frustration. The game's description states that being blatantly ignored by everyone has enraged her.
