Shi Qilin is a Qilin with a rose-gold coat, and a peach-colored mane, which runs along his long tail ending in the tail tuft of the same color. He has a long antler horn with three branch sections that sticks up, pointed along the back, on the top of his head. He has cornflower blue eyes, and he has a pink heart-shaped mark on his forehead. He is also cloven-hooved in all four of his legs. Around his neck, he wears a glowing bone-like pendant.
Currently, during the Modern Era, he has reverted into a younger-looking, miniature version of himself, with his legs appearing more stump-like.
