He talks a mile a minute, especially when he’s trying to pitch a sketchy plan or talk his way out of getting caught. He’s smooth, but there's a nervous, twitchy energy right under the surface. He wouldn't be able to finish a sentence without throwing in his iconic, devious chuckle ("Te-he-he-he!"). He constantly laughs at his own cleverness or at someone else's bad luck. He'd constantly use words like "Scram," "The jackpot," "Easy pickings," and "Beat it."
