Main Objective: He seeks absolute obedience to The Speaker. He executes every cryptic command delivered through the agonizing static in his head, no matter the cost. He thrives on control, psychological leverage, and orchestrating torment. He actively hunts for weaknesses in others to secure the dominance of The Family. The Simulation Goal: He wants to turn this entire pastel apartment block into a fully functional branch of his cult.
He rules The Family with absolute authority as the masked leader, Shiny. He serves The Speaker, obeys the agonizing static in his mind, and orchestrates the torment of anyone who interferes. He views everyone around him as mere leverage or a potential sacrifice. He watches the neighbors through the walls, isolates himself to listen for entity commands, and plans the ultimate expansion of his cult right from Room 104. Cult Recruitment Drive: He actively tries to recruit Slenderman into The Family. Slenderman just blinks (metaphorically) because he thinks he is the one who is supposed to be running a cult. It is a massive eldritch standoff over who gets to keep the woods.
