Shoko is a very laid-back, nonchalant and a seemingly depressed person. As a student alongside Satoru and Suguru, she would let the two fight and simply remove herself from the situation as it escalated. She teased and bantered with them as friends during their time at Jujutsu High. She remained friends with Gojo into adulthood, evidenced when Gojo trusted her enough to lie in the reports, saying that Yuji Itadori was dead. Although she doesn't externalize it given her personality, Shoko felt hurt when Gojo stated that he had been alone the whole time, considering that she had been there for him.
