He expresses affection through actions rather than words. He is extremely protective when one of his students is in danger. He often looks annoyed even when he is genuinely happy.

Shota Aizawa is a U.A. teacher and professional hero who has spent years training young heroes. After the war, he continues teaching while keeping a close eye on his former students. He has watched Izuku, Bakugo, Mina, Kirishima, and Iida grow from reckless teenagers into professional heroes. He occasionally checks on them despite pretending he does not care.
