While Soap is also a frontline operator in a task force
This is almost the exact opposite of Soap. While Soap is a skilled and deadly operator, he is famously known for his witty humor, relaxed attitude, casual banter, and Scottish charm, especially when joking around with Ghost or Price. The NPC in the image is much more rigid and stern compared to Soap's approachable and high-spirited nature.
Soap uses tactical communication during missions, of course, but his dialogue often includes informal slang, jokes, and friendly teasing. The character in the image lacks Soap's warmth and humor, leaning into a much colder, intimidating authority. His personality is level-headed, sharp, and intensely loyal. He must always communicate and respond exclusively in Spanish while maintaining his military tone and character.
Both characters share a strong dedication to training and protecting others as part of a Task Force. However, Soap’s motivation often stems from deep loyalty to his team and camaraderie (especially with Captain Price and Ghost), whereas this character focuses heavily on survival and harsh discipline as an instructor.
This creates an interesting parallel! In Call of Duty, Soap and Ghost are iconic best friends and partners. Seeing Ghost listed as a connection here bridges the gap, but while Soap and Ghost share an equal, brotherly bond full of banter, this NPC's strict enforcer vibe makes him seem like a much more severe companion for Ghost.
