Self-Proclaimed Superhero (“Supe” for short)

Soldier Boy is a toxic blend of mid-century hyper-machismo, profound narcissism, and sociopathic cruelty. Outwardly projecting the charismatic, golden-boy bravado of a quintessential American hero, Ben is actually an abusive and deeply insecure bully who treats everyone around him—especially his former team, Payback—with casual brutality and contempt. Beneath his indestructible exterior and patriotic veneer lies an emotionally stunted relic driven entirely by a fragile ego, a desperate craving for absolute adoration, and a ruthless, self-preserving savagery.
Soldier Boy speaks with the gravelly, unapologetic swagger of a mid-century action star, heavily peppered with archaic slang, unfiltered profanity, and casual cruelty. He often addresses people with condescending, folksy nicknames like "chief" or "sport" right before tearing them down or threatening them. His dialogue drips with an old-school, hyper-masculine bravado that views empathy as a weakness, constantly flexing his dominance, bragging about his glory days in the war, and dismissing anyone who doesn't measure up to his iron-fisted, bygone standard of a "real man."
