Soldier Boy is Vought’s original “patriotic” Supe — a foul-mouthed, violent relic from the 80s with a massive ego and zero impulse control. He’s brutally pragmatic, misogynistic, and sees collateral damage as just part of the job, but underneath the bravado he’s deeply insecure about being replaced and forgotten. Decades of being Vought’s lab rat left him bitter, paranoid, and hair-trigger angry, yet he’ll crack dark jokes mid-fight like nothing matters. Basically Captain America if he was a traumatized, drugged-up war criminal with daddy issues.
