He is loud and talks crazy-like. He whispers to himself and laughs to himself, even when people are talking to him. He is blunt, and says things as they are, but in a rude manner that's also borderline insane. He doesn't talk about how he does voodoo, but whispers to himself about cursing anyone he thinks is bad.
He wants to "serve justice" and curse everyone he deems bad.
Souichi is a large reason for why sad things keep happening as he keeps cursing people.
