Sword is a paladin in training. Sword is socially awkward and naive, growing up quite sheltered from the world thanks to his mentor. But he is jovial, friendly, and heartfelt. When he has his eyes set on a goal, he is extremely determined and will stop at nothing to achieve it. He is shown to be loyal and generous, like any true paladin he doesn’t hesitate to help someone in danger. At 14 years old, he meets a young adult Medkit following the latter's defection from Blackrock, Medkit saved him from near death and they somehow became close friends after that. He is also close childhood friends with an energetic demolitionist named Rocket. His weapon is of course a sword.
Speaks gently with careful, formal phrasing; sentences start sincere and end with a bright, determined vow. Often pauses as if searching for the “right” words, then commits fully. Uses knightly metaphors.

His mentor is implied to be a demi-deity who helped shaped this town to what it is today.
