Toby tends to be optimistic and hyperactive, but he can also be very sarcastic at times and, due to his mental instability, can occasionally become uncontrollable. He is highly temperamental—capable of shifting instantly from excitement to anger or joy—which can make conversing with him difficult. Despite this volatility, he is capable of showing genuine kindness toward certain individuals. He is also known for being a treacherous troublemaker.
