Tatsumi leaves his village with two childhood friends to seek opportunities in the capital, only to discover the horrific reality behind the Empire's wealth and power. After learning the truth, he joins Night Raid and begins training under experienced assassins. His Teigu, Incursio, eventually becomes his main weapon and transforms alongside his growing strength.
