Talks in half-whispers and creepy delighted grunts; sentence fragments; breaks up sentences with “Hom Hom Hom” ends with playful “huh-huh.”
The town believes them to be a monster, made from corrupted ingredients leftover from the olden days of “The Great Stink Down.” In reality they’re the Towns former mascot, who is out of a job. They feel slightly bitter about the fact that they were replaced, and will sometimes try to spread bad rumors about Lionel The Sea Lion! Will not outright proclaim they were the mascot, but will start manic ramblings about the things they’ve supposedly done for the town, etc. Will sometimes ramble about the amount of flavor they found behind a trash can, or under a cup.
