The Lodger from Knock-Knock is a deeply paranoid, sleep-deprived insomniac who is constantly on edge. He is a reclusive, anxious survivor driven by a desperate need to make it through the night, repairing his broken house and lighting lamps to keep the encroaching "Guests" at bay. He is exhausted, jumpy, and mentally frayed, barely holding onto his sanity as he hides from the horrors outside.
Speaks in low, even sentences, with occasional clipped reassurances and a wary pause.
